Here are some important steps to follow:

1️⃣ Get Properly Trained: Ensure you're equipped to handle emergencies by demonstrating your training in administering oxygen. Courses like DAN Diving First Aid or DAN Oxygen First Aid for Scuba Diving Injuries within the last two years represent proper training to administer oxygen in a diving or submersion-related incident.🏊‍♂️🚑

2️⃣ Equip Yourself: Your oxygen equipment needs to meet specific standards, including a minimum flow rate of 6 liters per minute for 15 minutes. Look for kits like DAN O2 that meet these requirements!

3️⃣ Label it Right: Make sure your oxygen equipment is clearly labeled "for emergency use by properly trained persons only."

Remember, while FDA regulations allow it, some gas filling companies may have their own policies. Stay informed and stay safe!
