The past year has been a roller coast with some amazing highs and low lows... I went back to Australia to spend time with family, that turned into me randomly moved to Gold Coast and completing an AMAZING but demanding master program. Took sometime to get use to my new norm... A teacher recently reminded me how important it to embrace my creative side as well as my nerd... so I’m back to my passions: photography and creating, blogging and cooking.... so I’ve challenged my self to 90 day and 90 posts! remember his great day ?? 💕

(1 serving)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup whole Oats
1 cup cashew milk
1 Tbsp. Cranberries
2 Tbsp. Apple, shredded
1 Tbsp. Lemon grind
Method:
1. The night before: Place the oats, vanilla extract and milk* into a container or cup and place in fridge.
2. In the morning: add the fruit and protein.
3. Serve & ENJOY!!!

Depending on whether you look at it from botanical or culinary standpoint the classifications can change what is classified as a fruit or vegetable HOWEVER if the species contain seeds they are actually a fruit. Vegetables on the other hand consist of root, leave and stem species.

Meet Anna Baker!
After years of suffering from chronic illness and fatigue, Anna discovered a profound passion and admiration for nutrition. She completely altered her diet and made key lifestyle changes. After experiencing a new-found lease on life, she also discovered her career calling and stopped studying business and law. Why is Hydration so Important?
Water is the key component of our body. Every, cell, tissue and organ is dependent on having enough H20. Our body should be between 50-60 percent water, with at least 30 percent of this water being in our cells. Water is crucial for our body’s homeostasis mechanism; meaning that it is needed to regulate our internal condition, maintaining our temperature and pH. Water additionally lubricates our joints and of course is a vital element in waste elimination.
Drinking water every day is important especially in the hot summer months however it is recommended that you should aim to eat at least 20 percent of your daily water intake from foods.
What happens if you do not consume enough water? At the extreme your organs can start to fail but day to day dehydration can cause a number of problems, including dry skin and hair, fatigue, headaches, dry mouth and dizziness.
Hydration is more than just consuming water; it is consuming water with the right nutrients for proper uptake by the organs, tissues and cells; as to keep the water balanced both inside and outside the cells.
