Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I try to remember to give thanks throughout the year but it's so easy to get busy and forget to take a few moments and reflect. So I suppose in a sense, I'm thankful there's a day to remember to be thankful. And for me, I am so grateful for so many things. For my support system of my husband and children, family, and friends. For the clients and acquaintances, I've made. For the work that I love. For the roof over my head, the food on the table, and the health that I have.
May your holiday be safe and blessed. Whether your holiday takes you far or near, please travel safely. Eat too much food. Play too much with the children. Reflect and rejoice.

I find regularly that buyers overestimate how much down payment is truly needed to buy a home. There are loan programs out there for as little as 3% down - and if you are a vet you may even qualify for a 0% down VA loan.

One of the things I've valued in my career is the ability to get together with other like-minded professionals who mastermind and share ways to help each other grow. While 2020 prevented in-person summits, I'm so grateful that we have now been able to get back to this normalcy.
Some of the key takeaways for me were to be really clear on your values and vision, how important honoring commitments (both with yourself, your family, and your business), and better ways to get very intentional with my time so that the processes are more streamlined and simplified for both my team and my clients.
Something that struck me was that it was mentioned that the average person spends more time designing their grocery list than their life plan, but ANYONE can sit down and create a vision. Have you thought about your own life values and visions?
Texts like these make my heart swell. I have been working with this family for more than 6 years and grateful for each and every one of them.

In our household, we have made a concentrated effort to reduce our waste by switching over to more sustainable kitchen items. We now utilize reusable ziplock bags, beeswax wraps instead of Clingwrap, glass Tupperware, reusable straws, and kitchen flour sack towels, washcloths, or cleaning rags instead of paper towels.
