Here is a reminder that for this Spring 2024, you can change the grading basis for classes to Pass/No Pass or Letter Grade until Friday of Week 9 (5/31/24) via MyUCLA without a petition, fee, or transcript notation! To change the grading basis for a course, visit MyUCLA > Classes > Change Grade Type listed under the Enrollment Actions category. Hi Bruins, friendly reminder that this Friday (5/17/2024) at 11:59 PM is the last day to drop a non-impacted course via MyUCLA. Note that there is no petition or fee to drop the non-impacted course, but there will be a transcript notation. To check if your class is impacted, you can confirm by going to http://registrar.ucla.edu > Registration and Classes > Schedule of Classes > search for your class > open the class description and look under “Enrollment Information.” Visit CAC during REACH Virtual Drop-in Hours (http://caac.ucla.edu > Contact) if you have any questions!

Hi Bruins, we want to remind everyone that this Friday (4/19/2024) at 11:59 PM (PT) is the last day to add an open course on MyUCLA without a petition. There is no fee and no transcript notation if the course is added before the deadline of Friday of Week 3. Students can add a course that is closed using a PTE number by contacting the instructor or department of the course; however, students should keep in mind that some departments do not issue PTE numbers.
