My travels have finally picked up again after a break while nursing my knee (back..hip...) back to its full strength and health (as some of you know has been a pretty long journey 🤦🏻‍♀️). Thank you for your incredible help on this journey (especially Beau and Justin, whose patience with me should get a medal of honor)! They are the best!

As I get back out in the world flying from here to there, working and playing (of course!) I I reflect on how precious and fragile we truly are. I have to constantly remind myself (more now than ever before) to take a moment no matter how busy I am to check in and take care. Without our health and mobility we have nothing.

My father told me when he was fighting leukemia, "We can't prevent or stop what might strike us, but we can always, and should always, prepare our bodies and minds for the fight". The hours he spent hiking and keeping his body in tip-top shape gave us 7 more years with him we would have never been blessed with if he was not mentally and physically as strong as he was when he received that dreaded diagnosis.

I am super excited to get back to my normal schedule and even though I will miss getting tortured by my PT Justin multiple times a week 🤣🤣, it is time to get this show back on the road helping all of you.
