Being a Garfield High School alumni, it fills me with joy knowing the East LA Classic will be played down the street from our restaurant at in Inglewood!

We got news by that our taco de chicharrón was ranked 29th out of 69 tacos in all of LA!!! We can’t express enough how happy this makes us feel, and how blessed we are to be able to share our food with all of you. We are beyond excited to announce our first official brick and mortar in the city of Inglewood!! We are now open, but will be having our grand opening this Sunday from 8:30am to 4pm!!!
It all started in 2015 during breakfast at Carrow’s in Monterey Park. I pitched the idea to my mom and wife and a couple weeks later began selling off the front yard of our apartment. We had nothing to start off, so we borrowed a taco cart from my tio Lalin, a plancha, canopy and tables borrowed from my dad, and lots of help from my family!! It’s been 9 years since that talk at Carrow’s and we are very fortunate to now be able to take this step! Thank you to everyone who continues supporting and being a part of this journey!! We are truly blessed!!
