It may be time for a consolidation of debt with a refinance or Home Equity Line of credit.
Reverse mortgages are a great tool and can be used to purchase a home, refinance for cash or even a Line of Credit behind your existing mortgage. Can be as "young" as 55 years of age to qualify.

Zillow reported home values declined by 0.1% in September, the first monthly decrease since February, prices are still 2.1% higher than in September of last year. Home values are on pace to increase 6% this year according to Zillow. Fall usually slows the housing market as families with school-age children like to be settled ahead of the school year.

Fed hike by year end is expected. 1st time homebuyer loans up to $1.5 million, Bridge loans (NOT hard money) and limited/NO income documention loans available. There are great borrowing opportunities to pay down credit card balances, property tax bills and prepare for the upcoming holidays.
