A note from : We at Spartina believed in being here for our Friends and Family and wanted to offer what we saw as a safe space for our guests but support the restaurant closures in the hope that the pandemic dissipates as quickly as possible. We've all been reading posts and viewing moving communiques from leading voices in our industry and our hearts go out to all of you. I'm old enough to have survived several disruptions to our business, to our lives, to our communities, only to come out the other side happy, safe, and energized, everyone healthy, everyone on safe footing, everyone ready to engage with the world around us. That being said, I am trying to help my staff find a soft landing which will be challenging for them. We have decided to continue cooking meals for take away, and we need you now to help us navigate this difficult time. Call for pickup when you can. Postmates, Caviar, and Grub Hub are our delivery companies. There will be a discount in place for pick-up. We will be offering your favorite pork ragu, short rib tortelloni, shrimp and pistachio pesto, pepperoni pizzas, and salads, along with some large format meals, available from 5:30-8:00pm nightly. To all of friends and family of customers who may be concerned about the current environment while still eager to come in to Spartina, know that we are aware of the issues surrounding the Coronavirus outbreak and our entire staff is focused on continuing to make Spartina a safe environment through regular cleaning and sanitizing procedures set out through State and Local guidelines, the World Health Organization, and the Center for Disease Control. We continue to remain open at 5:30 every night and will serve our guests at Brunch on weekends as well from 11am-3pm. We are also offering take away during all of our meal periods at a reduced price if any of our guests feel more comfortable dining at home. You can go to Spartina.LA to see our current menus. Just give us a call. As all of you that are regulars at Spartina know, we set our large tables with a lot of space in between in both the dining room and on our outdoor patio, one of our signatures at Spartina. As soon as the rain dissipates, we look forward to welcoming you under the stars surrounded by Orange, Lemon, Fig, Olive, Ficus, and New Zealand Christmas trees. Stay secure in the thought that we are maintaining a safe environment for you and your families.
