I don’t know about you but I sure needed this reminder...I’ve been trying to run three businesses and my own personal expectations of where they “should” be causes unneeded stress.

I’ve built a very successful business in the past and so I have these ideas of what I should be doing to scale my current endeavors. But it’s a very different world today and I’m more interested in leading with my heart so I will continue to do the work to allow things to unfold as they may. To start with one idea and put it into action. And then another, and another. If some fail, good, I’ll learn from it, grow and come up with something else.

Life is a process and even at 55 years old and with an explosive business under my belt, it’s never been nor ever will be easy.
