There is a cul-de-sac in Monte Sereno, not far off the 9 where there was a house neighbors complained about because of the amount of electricity it used up to defy darkness with such radiance that it might as well be a nocturnal sun. Had Back-to-the-future theme. Wonder if they still light up.
