Thoughts on Day 2 of Rowing: Feels better, still need to find a better rhythm with proper paddle position to get a better stroke…but I feel like I’m just starting to get it. And the coaches were great 👍

This experience has reminded me that it’s okay to try something new and be bad at it …but there’s room for growth while being uncomfortable…sit and try to be comfortable being uncomfortable…if you keep practicing you can start to build your foundation and eventually work out the finer details. It’s that slow and steady pace while being patience with yourself!

FYI this was first for me camping ⛺️ alone with my Lou Dawg🐶. I felt very safe here as a single female camping 🙌 The rangers were very helpful, friendly and made sure I felt safe 🫶 Definitely 💯 doing this again… after learning some lessons camping alone 🤪🐶😊
