Happy Thanksgiving !!

The foundation made the holiday extra special for 120 families by providing Mazzone catered dinners and grocery gift cards

With the help of our supporters, we are delighted to provide a Mazzone catered Thanksgiving meal for all CF families this year!

All meals will be ready for pick up at Mazzone Hospitality Headquarters:
743 Pierce Road
Clifton Park.

If you are unable to pick up, we will be happy to provide free delivery in the Capital Region. If you live outside the area we would be happy to send you a gift card to find a place cooking closer to home.

Gluten free dinners are available.
