I'm reading this book called THE MILLIONAIRE REAL ESTATE INVESTOR.

I hear people talking about they don't need or want a lot of money. They comfortable where they at.

Gary mentioned they we all need to be worried about our financial wealth because we don't know what the future holds. A situation my arise where you need a lot of money but you don't have the funds available. You want to be financially prepared for unexpected needs or wants. You'll never know. You may change your mind down the line and wished you'd invested earlier in life.

Your life is worth investing in whether you feel that way or not.

Also, I personally see that by not wanting more for yourself, it's a limiting belief.

Current books in my reading list. I have more but I can only read so much at a time. I also have to process what I've read.

Things don't always happen as and when you want it. We're so focused on the how and when and that's not our job. I have to keep telling myself this. I'm divinely blessed.

So today is the first time I've really attended a networking event. I thought I was a little more outgoing but then again, I think I was dealing with a tough crowd. I felt the energy of the room and I honestly felt uncomfortable however I stook it out. I am glad I went because I seen someone I knew and connected with a few others. It's time to step outside my comfort zone and mingle. There are more events coming up that I want to attend so I'm looking forward to that. What I realized is I don't have to stay the whole time. Go, connect with a few, and then leave. Building your network takes time and also connecting with the right ones.

So today I passed the national exam. I'm glad I at least got 1 completed. Now I can just focus on the state exam.

One week until I take my Kentucky Real Estate Exam. I'm feeling optimistic.

Moving forward towards getting my Kentucky real estate license. My test is scheduled for the end of this month. In the meantime, I've been on YouTube doing these practice exam questions as well as other practice exams. Sometimes I can be a little challenging if you have furry distractions! 😾 I don't know why they insist on laying/walking on either my laptop or the paper I'm writing on. I love them to life though. 😻😸 I have 3 fur babies. Missy, Whiskers, and Orien. 😺❤️😺❤️😺❤️

Well, I finally completed the 96 hour course.🎉💖 The next step is to take the State Exam. I started back in September and I've had many goals set as to how I wanted to complete them. 📝Although things didn't go as planned, I didn't give up. There's a feeling of accomplishment. 🥰

I still working my way through real estate class. Currently on unit 9/28. I should be further along but I've been busy but I'm working towards getting back on track. I so excited and determined to be working toward getting my license!

My name is Mikeala and currently I'm working towards being a real estate agent. My main vision is to purchase old buildings that's been sitting for years and fix them up. I love the architecture of old buildings and I personally feel that it makes more sense to fix something already built then to destroy nature. The buildings that I plan on fixing will either be resold or created into housing units. I feel there's not enough housing, let alone affordable housing for people and I feel that I can help to create it. I'm looking forward to taking this journey to success.
