Mortgage Rates Decline to 6.35%, Lowest in 16 Months The Freddie Mac rate for a 30-year mortgage declined slightly by 0.03 percentage points to 6.46% this week as the financial market is waiting for Fed Chair Jerome Powell’s speech on the central bank’s upcoming monetary policy on Friday.

This particular client was hopeful people could “look past” the clutter and see the “potential” especially since he was re-painting - and wanted to list as soon as possible. However, after no offers came through and he was facing a price drop, he took our suggestion to de-clutter and get new photos. Within two days, he had an above asking price and is now under contract!
