🐛 This class is on March 4th,and starts at 2pm-4pm Come by yourself, bring your best friend, or bring the family - we have seating for up to 25 people! It's a blast whether you're coming with a friend, family member, or solo!

🥾 💦 This class is for the beginner cookier or for the person who is just curious about what cookie decorating is all about! If you have limited experience with sugar cookies, found yourself frustrated with royal icing, or if you're trying to have fun with family or friends, this is the class for you! We will be doing a fun “we go together” Valentine’s theme set that tastes amazing and will look even better once you’ve completed your decorating!

Join Our Growing Team in a Beautiful Office in Louisville, Ohio! Full-Time, Benefits and 401K

The Accounting Office Manager is a working manager position. This position works under the general supervision of the Vice President of Vice President – Finance & Human Resources and under the direct supervision of the Corporate Controller and is responsible for daily office management and finance duties as detailed herein.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Mailing & shipping
o Handle outgoing mail & shipping
o Maintain adequate inventory of mailing & shipping supplies
· Clerical & filing
o Assist Vice President – Finance & Human Resources and Corporate Controller with communications and filing as needed
· Accounts payable
o Vendor files
- Enter new vendors into QB
- Obtain W9s and update annually
o Monitor all AP accounts for incoming invoices and communications
o Enter payables for all business units
o Enter credit card receipts for all business units except ACR/DirtWorks; follow up with employees and obtain receipts if they are missing
o Review weekly transaction reports to ensure invoices were entered correctly
o Payment processing
- Prepare checks in QB from weekly budget reports provided by Corporate Controller; print; obtain signatures; mail; file copies of paid invoices
- Advise Vice President – Finance & Human Resources of needed ACH or wire transactions needed
· Accounts receivable
o Monitor AR accounts and advise Corporate Controller of any past-due accounts
o Review and maintain customer terms for accuracy
o Assure correct due date information
· Payroll
o Do first step of payroll for all business units, then hand off to HR Manager
· Bank accounts
o Download monthly statements or have Executive Assistant obtain if not available online
- Reconcile monthly statements and provide to Corporate Controller for review
· Loan & interest statements
o Download monthly statements from online accounts
o Enter payments for loans and interest payments from statements or payment books
· Credit card accounts
o Daily transactions
- Download transactions from websites
- Work with Accounting Administrative Assistant to ensure all receipts are turned in
- Contact employees for missing receipts
o Monthly statements
- Download monthly statements
- If not available online, request that Executive Assistant have Ryan obtain
- Reconcile monthly statements and provide to Corporate Controller for review and payment
o Request credit cards for new employees
o Cancel credit cards for terminated employees
· Credit applications
o Prepare credit applications and submit to Corporate Controller and/or Vice President – Finance & Human Resources for review
· Financial reports
o On request of Corporate Controller and/or Vice President – Finance & Human Resources, run financial reports

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Human Resources
o Learn HR processes and procedures
o Assist HR Manager with onboarding if there is overflow
o Serve as backup for HR Manager when she is on PTO or sick leave
· Errands as needed
· Answer phones as needed
· Other duties as assigned

DESIRED SKILLS
· QuickBooks
· Data entry
· Microsoft Office 365
· Payroll familiarity
· Highly organized and able to stay on task in a busy environment
· Able to prioritize work and work independently without constant supervision once trained
· Organized, with strong attention to detail
· Able to understand what is confidential both within the company and with the public and maintain confidentiality
· Able to communicate professionally through a variety of media:
o Good written skills to include emails, texts, preparation of letters, reports and other documents
o Good verbal communication skills both in person and by telephone
· Internet savvy
· Must be reliable and dependable
· Ability to do occasional errands such as going to the bank, post office, etc.
· Willingness to learn and grow
