I want to take a moment to acknowledge Kelly on her personal fitness journey πβ¦Not just because of her physical progression but because sheβs continued the journey beyond my online program. We as women can be hard on ourselves if we digress or go backwards on our health journey. Itβs important to remember that weβre allowed to forgive ourselves and keep going once again.

Time for my own transformation β¨. The first set of pictures are from when I first started my fitness journey to as of about a month ago. The 2nd set of pictures are me in college after I gained the freshman 15 and me later as a fitness trainer. This journey has been years in the making. Started my fitness journey with Randall Pickett back in 2017. After dealing with divorce and the end of my marriage I decided to use fitness as my source of empowerment & it turned into so much more. Getting to know my own body and how to build & shape it to make me feel like my best self has been a learning experience. Thankful for Randall and those who have taught me so much along the way. The journey has been amazing and Iβm still learning & growing. Much more to come ππ€πΎππΎ.
The timing is never perfect. Just start, then keep going β¨.
