Today we took a field trip to Okolona Elementary for Career Day!

We love to see our patients and staff up and moving! Did you know that exercising increases blood flow to your spine, which reduces stiffness and speeds healing? This morning Amanda and our patient Anna participated in a 5k for the Brain Injury Alliance Of Kentucky. Tag us in your events, we'd love to see you out and about!
