Like your physical health, your mental health requires regular care and maintenance. During October, take note of how you're feeling and reach out if you have been struggling with depression or other concerns. The right treatment can transform your life.

09/29/2023

Mental illness impacts each of us whether directly or indirectly through others we encounter in our lives. It's important to talk about mental health, to normalize seeking care, and to remove the associated stigma.

Su***de is the 2nd leading cause of death among individuals aged 10–34 and the 4th leading cause of death for individuals ages 35–44. Those at risk for su***de reported a decrease in suicidal thoughts and depression when they were asked direct, compassionate questions by family and friends. While no one can be responsible for preventing a death by su***de, we can all play a part through awareness and intervention.

09/25/2023

The highest rates of su***de in the U.S. are among American Indians/Alaskan Natives. BIPOC populations often face barriers to high-quality mental health care, such as economic, geographic and cultural concerns. Our goal is to reduce stigma and increase access to exceptional care for all.

09/20/2023

Transgender adults are nearly 9 times more likely to attempt su***de at some point in their life compared to the general population. Evidence-based mental health care provides the tools needed to achieve balance and live life authentically.

09/15/2023

Symptoms of depression were reported 59% more frequently by Hispanic adults than non-Hispanic white adults. There are unique barriers to mental health care that prevent the Hispanic population from reaching out for help, such as associated stigma. Let's normalize mental health treatment in the same way we care for our physical health. There's hope. There's help.

09/13/2023

79% of people who die by su***de are male. Although more women than men attempt su***de, men are 4 times more likely to die by su***de. Asking for help takes courage and may feel hard, but mental health care can help you take charge and reclaim your life.

09/11/2023

We remember all those impacted by the events of 9/11 and renew our promise never to forget those lost.

09/08/2023

Your recovery is within reach, and we can help. With evidence-based, compassionate care, we give you the tools you need to live the life you deserve.

09/06/2023

In 2022, a record high of Americans died by su***de, which is a 2.6% increase from 2021. If you or a loved one is struggling, real help is available. Reach out for the mental health care you need to live the life you deserve.

09/04/2023

The Pentagon reported that su***de rates among active duty military personnel rose by 25% in the first quarter of 2023, compared to the same period last year. Every loss is a tragedy as we work to reduce stigma associated with mental health care and increase access to high-quality treatment.
