It's official: all 10 of our fermenters have been installed at the future Heaven Hill Springs Distillery!

We combine the mash with our proprietary yeast in these tanks and let it ferment for four days. During this time, the yeast feeds on the sugars from the grains, which produces alcohol, carbon dioxide, and other components that create each Whiskey's unique flavor.

Officer Nickolas Wilt, a new officer to the LMPD, ran towards the gunfire today to save lives. He remains in critical condition after being shot in the head.
