ARM BALANCE SERIES W/ PERYL

We all know arm balances are intimidating on several levels. In this two part series, we’ll learn how to lessen that fear by preparing our body with strengthening exercises, helpful prop use and other tips and tricks to help float those toes. We’ll play with several different arm balance variations, so be prepared to impress yourself!
This series is designed as a “build up” series. We’ll start with preparations and more approachable balances in part 1, then take what we learned in part 1 and incorporate more complex variations in part 2.
Both sessions are beginner friendly, but NOT limited to beginners only! This series is a great way to master what you already know. Bring a friend! There’s guaranteed laughter, so why not share it with them too?
