Marshall Fire Rebuild - Foundation Progress Since our last post, we have made significant progress! The foundation is poured, foundation drains, damp proofing and insulation/drain board are installed and inspected and we are preparing for underground plumbing and backfill. Exciting! In these photos, you can catch a glimpse of the extensive foundation drains (interior and exterior) and the foundation wall drain board that are being utilized to manage the elevated water table. Combined with a primary and backup sump pumps, this basement should never see any water!
