Things have been so crazy lately, I missed that yesterday, it was 18 years ago that I opened The Counrty Store Quilt Shop! It has been so much fun! Made so many life long friends! Have gotten to work with the best people you will ever find! Best costumers you will ever find. Best business decision I ever made! We are so happy to announce the door banner kits are in! Come in and get yours before they are gone! The kit contains the fabric for the top and the binding!

Friday is hand work day at the store! Any kind of hand work you want to do, cross stitch needle point, embroidery, maybe you need to finish a binding by hand! Come and join us!

The Yucca Building Committee will be having a meeting tonight at the Fair Office @ 6pm. Anyone is welcome to come. This committee was formed to help increase interest and participation in the creative arts during the fair. I know it’s cold, I’ll make a large pot of wassail!

Got to spend the last 2 days with Kary Angell and her Mom, setting up their new Moxie! Can’t wait to see what she creates with it!

Wow! The first 4 blocks came in, these are the ones that you could buy a fat quarter for $1, there were 15. Bring back a finished 12” block. You get put in a drawing, who ever wins, gets all the blocks!! This will be a pretty quilt!

Remember the precut Christmas tree class we had a couple months ago? I made the small one and made it in to an 18” X 18” pillow. I really like the way it turned out.
