Manganese is a high iron concentrate present in our wells located in West Texas.

Not only can too much have an affect on you or infants through consumption, it also starts to cause problems to your wells equipment!

Pictured here the inside diameter of the column pipe is coated with manganese causing great amounts of friction loss which leads to a loss of pressure and over working your pump to try and keep up!

This is treatable and can be prevented with quarterly maintenance!
