As a special treat, we’d love to share a recipe for a yummy vanilla iced coffee:
- Brew some of your favorite Day Break Coffee

We visited the Kaanapali Coffee Farm. They aren’t in harvest season right now, but we still found some coffee cherries! The farm sits on the mountain side and overlooks the ocean. Not a bad view….

Teamwork made the dream work as we unloaded 275+ bags of Colombian Excelso Nariño Select – that’s over 42,000 pounds of fresh coffee from a growing region around Bogatá. Because it’s an Excelso, the beans are smaller, but hold a lot of flavor!

On the final full day of our time in Guatemala, we visited the .coffee mill and observed both the wet and dry processing of the green coffee to prepare for export.

We also had the pleasure of visiting one of the oldest coffee farms in Guatemala which has coffee trees that have been for producing for 100+ years!

This week, we’re on a coffee origin trip to Guatemala. Last night was spent with .coffee at their “glamping” facility. This morning, we visited the .coffee mill and cupped a wide variety of amazing coffees. We’re now headed to Lake Atitlan to tour farms. Stay tuned for more exciting updates from our trip!
