Y’all! I’m so happy so many women are training now! We’ve got a few ladies missing from this pic, but hopefully one day we can snap a photo with all of us.

Just know that each and every one of you brings a new kind of strength to the team, and it has been awesome getting to see all of you grow.

Sometimes you just need to strangle your friends. These girls get it. 😂 Now that we have so many women training, we’re going to have a Women’s class on Fridays at 7. Thinking of doing another class on Tuesdays at 1 for the rest of summer. What do y’all think?
