Some of you may have seen/heard the news about the large structure fire in Lubbock a few days ago. Unfortunately, that was us and Dora Moss Interiors building. It’s a total loss for us, and it’s looking the same way for them.

Please keep us in your prayers as we rebuild. Our (Hudson Fence) insurance won’t be covering our loss, so it will take us some time to rebuild.

Your business means more to us now than ever! We can still build fence and all the work helps.

You have to love still, early mornings. Before the chaos of construction hits!

There’s so much I love about our company. But one thing is for sure: we have both the willingness and ability to try and accomplish new ideas. We aren’t the first, and maybe not even the best - but we are scrappy and will try almost anything - big or small.

Job requirements:

Install irrigation systems, from trenching to controller install. Must know how to zone properly, install correct nozzles, and troubleshoot. Experience is an absolute must. You will be required to prove your experience, so please do not apply if you have little or none.

Must have your own tools and rent your own trencher. We pay by the square foot and very well.

Full time fence builder needed. Pay is by the foot. If you know what you’re doing, you’ll average $40/hour or more.

Must have your own transportation and tools. We supply all material.

You MUST have fence building experience. We can’t train you. We have fence ready to build. You’ll be supervised for quality and treated like family.

Full-time fence builder position open. Pay is by the foot, all materials will be supplied. Must have your own tools or you can lease them from us.

You MUST have verifiable fence building experience. You will be a subcontractor or we can do W2 if you need it.

Pay is very good, to be discussed based on your qualifications. You’ll average over $40/hour if you know how to build fence.

Hudson Fence has immediate openings for full-time fence builders. 5 years of experience required. Must have reliable transportation and demonstrate your ability to build straight, level fences and follow all of our quality standards.

Starting pay will depend on experience and abilities. Probationary period for 4 weeks with a raise after based on performance.

One of our project managers was in an accident about an hour ago - another vehicle ran a yellow light and caused a collision. While driving him to the hospital, he was still taking calls from clients and giving updates on fences. Our guys take care of our customers and I’ll never be grateful enough. Also, he’ll be ok! As we move into our new facility this week, so many names and faces come to mind. What a journey this has been - from a side gig in 2017 to full time only last year. We’ve had some of the greatest residential customers I could ask for. Our relationships with our builders are strong and loyal, and our staff has become like a family.
