Nigella sativa has a strong bitter taste and smell and is widely used in confectionery and liquors.

Black cumin is used in Middle Eastern medicine as a natural remedy for several diseases including abscesses, herpes zoster, etc. It also helps with high blood pressure, anti-fungal, anti-viral, can also lower blood sugar.

Black cumin contains vitamins A, C, and B and phosphorus.

Czar Nicholas Russian Caravan Tea is made with black tea from China, India, and Sri Lanka. It has a medium caffeine content and high antioxidant levels. Some say the tea has a hint of Lapsang Souchong, which evokes the mystery and grandeur of the St. Petersburg Royal Court. Others describe the tea as having a delicate, lively, and slightly toasty flavor.
Russian Caravan tea is named after the camel caravans that transported tea to the Russian Czar from China. The tea blend is intended to recreate the flavors of those teas, which may include hints of campfire and starry nights. The tea is typically made with roughly equal parts Lapsang Souchong and a classic black tea, like China Keemun. The smoky notes of the Lapsang Souchong are balanced out by the crisp, classic black tea. The exact amount of caffeine in a cup of Russian Caravan tea can range from 20–60 mg, depending on the teas used in the blend. For example, full leaf Darjeeling tea may have more caffeine than full leaf Assam tea, and Assam dust may have three times more caffeine than full leaf Assam tea.

Lions Mane is excellent for memory, mental clarity, concentration, and balanced mood and the central nervous system. It pairs well with broths, soups, chocolate, and coffee and tonics.

This recipe would be wonderful in the mornings!!

We suggest adding 1/2 teaspoon to your coffee or tea for optimal cognitive function. Blend with a little coconut oil, coconut sugar, nut milk, and top with cacao or cinnamon for a delicious latte.

Lion's Mane Latte

10 oz fresh coffee or coffee substitute
1 tablespoon Coconut Milk Powder
1 teaspoon Coconut Oil
1 teaspoon Lions Mane
1/2 teaspoon Gelatinized Maca
Splash of Almond, Brazil, or Cashew Mylk
1/2-1 teaspoon Coconut Sugar (optional)
Blend carefully with immersion blender or regular blender until foamy. Enjoy!

You can restore lost moisture by using a rich natural cream or oil. If you get burned, use this natural herbal remedy to soothe and cool your skin.

Aloe Vera Skin Gel

1/2 Cup Aloe Vera Gel
2 Tablespoons fresh chamomile flowers or 1 Tablespoon dried
1 Tablespoon vitamin E oil
2 to 3 drops peppermint essential oil

Mix together aloe vera and chamomile flowers in a small saucepan or microwave safe container. Heat mixture gently but do not boil. Let mixture cool completely, then strain off the chamomile flowers and discard them. Stir in vitamin E and peppermint oils. Pour lotion into a clean jar with a tight-fitting lid and store in a cool, dry place. To use, massage lotion into skin as needed. For extra cooling refreshment, store lotion in the refrigerator.

Dreamberry Rooibos Tea

Enjoy a smooth caffeine-free green rooibos, with tangy, playful raspberry, and the creamy decadence of white chocolate.

Ingredients:

Green rooibos, apple pieces, mini white chocolate chips, cocoa nibs, raspberries, white chocolate flavor, natural raspberry flavor, white cornflowers, red cornflowers.

Echinacea species are native to areas east of the Rocky Mountains in the United States. Echinacea seems to activate chemicals in the body that decrease inflammation. It might also increase the body’s immune system. Also good to use for the lymphatic system.

The fragrances released from echinacea tea also help to trigger the release of dopamine, otherwise known as the happiness hormone, and reduces cortisol levels, the stress hormone.

Use for echinacea is short term. Can cause nausea if used long term. Use to boost system or reduce inflammation than reduce use.
