Happy 806 Day! Our friends have a shot special in honor of today’s celebration. $8.06 for an 1806 and a shot of 🍻 It’s a once a year special so get on down to the depot to help us celebrate.

We had an absolute blast at Swingin’ Slingin’ & Singin’ for Hope 15th Annual Golf Tournament this past weekend. hosts this event with 100% of the proceeds benefitting the American Cancer Society Hope Lodge here in Lubbock. All the volunteers worked so hard to make it a success and we’re proud to be a part of it again. 🍻⛳️

“Wow, that’s good.” is the most common reaction we get to the first taste of Unemployed Astronaut. There is no grain in this hard lemonade. The alcohol in UA is fermented in-house from pure cane sugar before it gets flavored, carbonated & canned. Best served over ice while enjoying the dog days of summer. 😎☀️👙🍹

It’s barrel tasting day at The Brewery LBK. We have both bourbon & wine barrels in our program and each serve their own purpose. We’ll be releasing a barrel soured & fruited beer in late fall and bourbon barrel aged beers to follow in the new year. 🍻

🍉🍉🍉 It’s hot, it’s Friday & it’s time for a beer. Our limited release Watermelon Doc Chilton is the perfect drink to kick off your weekend. This is our tart, lemony Doc Chilton with loads of juicy watermelon added making it the perfect adult summer treat. 🍻 We open today at 2 pm!

Summer is in full swing but we’re already a season ahead. Our first batch of Bavarian-Style lager aka Oktoberfestbier starts its final conditioning today with a second batch going into the tank this week. It’s our favorite beer of the year and will be available on tap in August with cans to follow in September. Prost! 🍻

Our collaboration brew with is on tap! We had a blast brewing this with & for Lager Jam West. WOPR is a Baltic-style Porter clocking in at 8.8% alc/vol. Big, bold, boozy & bottom fermented with lush layers of dark chocolate, coffee & deep roast flavors.

We’ve been making this Märzen for over 5 years and it’s the one we look forward to the most each fall. It may seem a bit early to have this one in the tank but it needs a long lagering time to reach peak tastiness. This Oktoberfestbier will be available in our taproom in August with cans to follow in September. Prost! 🍻

We’re turning 6! 🎉 Join us this Thursday at 5pm for an impromptu celebration with FREE hand-crafted pizza from Chef Cameron West, a special release peach sour and live music in the lobby. 🍻

Barrel time for this Baltic Porter made with Goodline Beer going into a New Riff Distillery bourbon barrel picked by the Lubbock Bourbon Society! 🥃 (Whew, that was a lot. 🍻) This collab with Goodline was a blast and we can’t wait to release this with them & The Lubbock Bourbon Society in the fall.

The non-barreled version of this Baltic Porter will be available Saturday, May 18 at Goodline Beer for Lager Jam West, tapping the best lagering talent from across the state and beyond. Join us there along with:

Had a blast at Hotel Turkey this past weekend for the release of our new 1806 labels featuring The Blue Light Live Singer/Songwriter winner Ray Fairley. If you missed a chance at grabbing the new can art, no worries! We’ll be releasing here in Lubbock in the next few weeks. 🍻

The 1806 has a changing of the guard! 2023 Blue Light Live Singer/Songwriter winner Ray Fairley takes over today with new labels debuting in Turkey, Texas. Ray will be there tonight taking the stage for the first time at Hotel Turkey. Cheers to Ray! 🍻
