May is Mental Health Month, a time to raise awareness about the importance of taking care of our mental health and well-being. While there are many different ways to promote mental health, one fun and effective option is through dance!
Dancing is a great stress-reliever that can have a positive impact on children's mental health. When children dance, they release endorphins, which are the body's natural painkiller, creating a sense of well-being and happiness. This can help reduce stress and anxiety levels, promoting a healthier mind and body.
