It may be August, but wedding season has already begun for many local vendors, and recently I had the privilege of making this painted wedding cake! This was also my first cake being delivered into an outdoor tent, and I must say, the A/C being pumped into the tent was on point!

Wedding cake samples are now available in three forms: cupcakes, 4” round cakes, AND in layered cake cups!

I want to make sure I have options to satisfy every couple, and both the cake and cupcakes sampler kits can be completely customizable when it comes to filling and buttercream options. The layered cake cups already come with some of the best combinations preferred by past clients and myself.

A few weeks ago, I had the honor of making the cakes for Centra’s Virginia Baptist Hospital’s 100th year celebration! It was really fun to set up amongst all the incredible nurses, doctors, staff, and volunteers, rushing around, all excited for the event 😊 Thank you again for the honors, and here’s to 100 more! 🎉

I love how edible images can be added to cakes and they “melt” into buttercream 🤤 Images can be personalized to fit your event, and they’re made of icing sheets printed with special edible ink. Customized and sweet, the birthday person will be delighted!

The option to order edible images printed on icing sheets will be available on FrostEatLove.net later today! Images are charged per 8.5x11 sheet, and both pick-up and delivery options are available, though there is a minimum with delivery.

Whose face do you want to see on a cake? More so, think a cake for an anniversary, a milestone birthday, or even a reunion (OFHS 20th- see you in August! 🐅). The possibilities are endless!

Graduation season continues!!! Those of us who graduated (many) years ago can’t help but self-reflect AND can’t wait to see how far these amazing graduates are going to go!!! 🎓

9ish am News Update:

Until recently, online ordering was set at a minimum of seven days out, meaning last minute orders weren’t technically allowed online (though I did allow many if I had the availability). NOW, ordering is only THREE days out!!!

In addition, I realize that life is crazy and last minute orders are sometimes necessary. Yes, grocery stores will likely be available, but please consider supporting small business. Starting tomorrow, I will always have chocolate and vanilla cake layers in 4”, 6”, and 8”, and if I am not fully booked, I will do my best to help!

If you need an order within 72 hours:

1) Please go to FrostEatLove.net to check pricing, flavors, past creations, etc. {Please note that last minute orders will likely only be available for pick-up from the side of the Goodwill on Timberlake Road in Lynchburg}
2) If our budgets and styles match, please text or call me at 434-485-4957 to check availability. If I don’t answer, I will reply as soon as I’m able to.
3) Proceed back to the website to place your order where you’ll have the chance to pay via credit card or PayPal. Ignore the date as we’ve already talked!
4) I’ve got you covered and will follow up with our meet up time!
