Scalloped Pork Belly (Entrée): Scalloped Potatoes with Barbecue Pork Belly and a collard Greens finished with a Carolina Barbecue sauce.

Shrimp Masala (Entrée): Shrimp, Onions, & Pepper sautéed then finished with a Masala sauce served over Crispy Rice Cakes & Broccoli.

Quiche Flight (Appetizer): Three Mini-Quiche filled with Ham and Cheese, Bacon and Onions, and Mushroom Spinach served with Masala Sauce.
