Being able to celebrate this milestone with our employees, friends, family, and loved ones was priceless. We had the pleasure of hosting our 60th Celebration at The Coeur d'Alene Golf & Spa Resort a couple weeks ago and it was truly an event to remember! Having (almost) all of our team together to share stories, reminisce, laugh, and discuss our exciting future was an amazing experience.

Last week, Cole Industrial, Inc representatives had the opportunity to attend the 2024 ASHRAE Region IX Conference in Boise, Idaho. We also had the pleasure of being the "Gem State Gold Sponsor" for this year's event.

Cole Industrial, Inc, along with our partners at CH2O, hosted our annual Customer Appreciation Golf Tournament in Eastern Washington on 6/14. With 100 golfers in attendance, it was a fantastic day for all who participated!

The Cole Industrial, Inc Team completed another custom, on-site training for a food processing facility in Eastern Washington. During this two-day training, we reached nearly 100 operators, facility workers, and engineers. Our sincere thank you to this group for inviting us back to your facility to meet with, and educate your team, and a huge thank you to the entire Cole Crew for your efforts!

A tradition for our team when we conduct trainings and seminars is the "Pink Hardhat". As a part of "housekeeping" rules for the day, we ask attendees to silence their cell phones, BUT if a phone rings/alerts during the presentation, the offender must wear the infamous pink hardhat for the remainder of that section, or until there is new offender. Plus, they are instructed to sign the hardhat.

In this case, our very own Director of Sales, Steve, had a phone faux pas. As a good sport, Steve donned the pink hardhat for our morning session and even donated some money to a charity of our choice.

These Cleaver-Brooks 600hp Firetube Boilers and Deaerator were recently installed at a food processing facility in Southern Idaho. Start-up is expected in late summer. Stay tuned!

This past week we had the honor of hosting our first Boiler Operator Training session of 2024 in beautiful Anchorage, Alaska. We had a full house for our two-day training, with operators traveling from all over the state.
