Moments after announcing his resignation from the 2024 presidential race, President Biden endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris to become the Democratic Party’s nominee.

As we reported, President Joe Biden announced that he will end his candidacy for re-election, admitting party concerns.

The Democratic National Convention is scheduled to begin August 19 in Chicago, where the party will make its choice.

She is teaming up with Pampers to create the first-ever Pampers Nursery in the Athletes Village at the Paris . The nursery will offer a space for moms to bond with, nurse and play with their babies, helping to alleviate some of the pressures of competition.

“I just knew how difficult it was to compete at the top level after I had my daughter, and some practical things were really hard. And so when I joined the Athletes Commission of the IOC, I really wanted to be that voice for athlete moms, and just take away one less thing for them to worry about in the pressure of competition,” said Felix. Bravo 👏

My half marathon will take place is Moab, Utah. This women’s only trail race is located in a remote area in the Moab desert! The course will be a mix of dirt road, slickrock, and some sandy washes.

We are incredibly saddened by the passing of beauty influencer who was diagnosed with fibroids that turned out to be stage 3 cervical cancer.

The mom of two posted her journey of suffering heavy bleeding and passing through clots as large as organs while being brushed off by her doctor and told her symptoms were normal. During an appointment in January 2023, she included a video of a doctor who was unable to perform a biopsy because she couldn’t see her cervix due to a large mass. She found out a short time later that it wasn’t a fibroid that had caused all the bleeding she was experiencing, it was stage 3 cervical cancer.

The news has rocked her family, friends and fans on social media and has shed a light on the disparities in healthcare when it comes to black women as well as the normalization of painful periods and heavy bleeding (which is common but not normal) by our healthcare system.

Now more than ever, it’s important that we find doctors who take our concerns seriously. It’s important that we continue to share information with each other, schedule our yearly Pap smears, blood work and exams and advocate for ourselves at the doctors, especially when they say it’s normal, and we believe differently.
