It’s Buffalo chicken dip in a whole new light 🤩 (spoiler alert: it’s actually lighter thanks to Greek yogurt and cottage cheese —wink, wink)

Ingredients:
•2 lb. chicken cooked and shredded
•½ cup cottage cheese
•1 cup Greek yogurt
•½ cup hot sauce
•1 ranch seasoning packet
•2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Directions:
1. Cook the chicken and chop into bite sized pieces.
2. Preheat oven to 375°F.
3. In a large bowl, add the cooked chicken, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, hot sauce, ranch seasoning and 1.5 cups cheddar cheese.
4. Add everything into a casserole or baking dish and top with the remaining ½ cup cheddar cheese.
5. Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
6. Serve with carrots, celery and/or chips. Enjoy!
