“Diminished Value” is not discussed often enough. Paint & body shops and collision repair companies don’t get anything out of it, so rarely have an incentive to bother with DV for their customers.

Tough repair in Bumper Monday! We knew we couldn’t get this 100%, but we also knew we could make it look WAY better, in a day, and for about 1/2 the cost of replacement. Customer was good with that and very happy when they picked it up. A win/win!
