The ideal candidate for the General Manager position will have a strong background in managing alcohol sales, driving sales, marketing and attendance.
Knowledge:
Knowledge of safety laws and regulations
Knowledge and ability to control cost of goods
Ability to read and understand P&L reports
Awareness of local scene
Skills:
At least 2-3 years of experience in a General Manager position for a high volume, fast-paced environment
Experience managing a team
Ability to balance venue operations responsibilities as well as administrative tasks
Attention to detail
Ability to work late night and weekend hours
Personal Attributes:
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

Two years of high-volume bartending experience
Experience using a P.O.S. system
Open availability, including weekends
Ability to serve guests with proper steps of service
Ability to master an extensive drink list
Able to pour with precision

BAR BACKS

570 is looking for some great bar backs with:
One year of high-volume bar backing experience
Open availability, including weekends
Ability to lift over 10 lbs.

DOOR HOSTS/CASHIER

570 is looking for some great Door Hosts and Cashiers with:
Open availability, including weekends
Maintain and manage radios and necessary equipment
Provide an elevated level of customer service to all guests
Ensure safety standards and capacity laws are being met

SECURITY

570 is looking for some great Security with:
