It was a crazy 24 hours courtesy of Hurricane Idalia. The condo is fine, but there is a lot of sand in the parking lot, pool and Gulf Blvd.

Currently under mandatory evacuation orders, our guests have left, and we're making preparations for Hurricane Idalia!! Optimistically anticipating that the impact of the storm surge will not be too severe.

We have a last minute cancellation!!!

We have availability the week of 9/30-10/7/2023 for $1,200 all-in.

So thankful we avoided the impact of Hurricane Ian! We are looking forward to our first guest on Sunday. The condo was spared!

The calm before the storm on Madeira Beach !! Not a soul in site!

Nothing like a hurricane to keep things interesting. We finished having our new closet and shower doors installed this week.

Planning for our first guest this weekend (contingent on Ian).

The condo is coming together with our first guests arriving in 3 weeks- we finished off the “shark bedroom” (2nd bedroom) with new bunk beds and a new pillow top mattress. We also had the entire condo repainted to compliment the beach life. We also made time to enjoy some of the great restaurants within walking distance of the condo. We started the process of adding new furniture and adding our nautical touches to make this the most comfortable and desirable condo on the Gulf coast. It will take a few weeks, but we are starting to take reservations for future guests.
