👶Donate diapers tomorrow!👶To celebrate Mother's Day, I'm teaming up with the Madison Heights Food Pantry for a diaper drive tomorrow, Saturday, May 11 between 10am and 1pm. See the attached image for additional details 👶

Gleaners is hosting several drive-up food distributions per day Monday-Friday this week, which are free and open to the public. Anyone in need of food is encouraged to attend, and will receive 30 pounds of nutritious groceries, like milk, fresh fruits, vegetables, lean protein, and other shelf-stable items while supplies last. Please share!

Lamphere Schools, in partnership with the United States Department of Agriculture, will offer FREE breakfast and lunch this summer at Lamphere High School and Edmonson Elementary School. The program runs from June 20 through August 11, 2022 (closed on July 4).This is a FREE program for anyone between the ages of 0-18 or special needs up to age 26. Anyone over the age of 18 can purchase breakfastfor $2.00 or lunch for $3.00. No identification is needed.

Breakfast hours: 7:30 am to 9:00 am
Lunch hours: 10:45 am to 12:30 pm

The Madison Heights Food Pantry is celebrating our 2nd anniversary today, thanks to the incredible team that put it in place immediately when COVID hit - recognizing the need to help families with food security; the amazing generosity of a giving community; and outstanding volunteers who have given hours of their time, talents and resources to continue to meet the needs of over 200 families a month.

If you know of anyone in need of food for ThanksGiving, Madison Heights United Methodist will be handing out meals tomorrow evening and Tuesday morning. Help spread the word.

The food pantry is in need of turkey gravy (packets or jars/cans) for our Thanksgiving boxes. If you are able to donate by Sunday, November 14, that would be great, but we will accept donations up to Friday, November 19th. ***Due to overwhelming demand, registration to receive a holiday box is closed. ***

GFWC Madison Heights Women's Club invites the community to make sure there is "No Child Wet Behind" by donating diapers to the Madison Heights Food Pantry through November 18. Please see the photo for more details and drop off locations. Thank you for supporting your neighbors in need.
