I think all my aunts on my Mom's side and my mom. They are huge with DIY. And my Dad is amazing at decorating and classy interior design since he's an Italian man haha. My nana taught him a lot of what he knew which is cool.

Evolving comes at as many costs as it does its benefits. Evolving is balanced. It will oscillate, feel unfair, or feel like the joys appear so short-lived. A firework. We spend much of our time waiting for relief rather than taking in what's going on. Delayed grief and complex trauma impact self-evolution. They are both normal, expected and happen in our lives. Things don't happen TO us. They happen IN life.

When you're sitting under the night sky and amongst yourself in your thoughts, with a dark sky, instead of looking up waiting for the firework; please consider that there's a moon, stars, grass beneath you, and wind navigating around your existence. Whether you believe in Spirit, Gaia, God, gods, science, or baseball. All of them invite you to be grateful for being alive.

You have another day, friend. Hell. I am not the "F**K YEAH, I AM ALIVE ANOTHER DAY" with a smile and a big stretch girl. I am also not the slump and "F**K..." girl. I am the, "Okay, Here I am...let's give it a go," girl. What kind of human are you on your mornings? How do you start your days?

FLUFFY slime and butter slime are my favorites. I prefer fluffy because you don't have to get much extra stuff.

1 (4-ounce) bottle Elmer’s white school glue
2 Tablespoons multi purpose contact lenses solution
1 – 2 cups shaving cream
Food coloring, optional

Combine. To get started place the glue in a plastic bowl. If you’re adding food coloring, add it now. Once it is your desired color add the saline solution and mix until combined.
Stir. Then stir in 1-2 cups of shaving cream. The more you add the thicker it will be. The less you add the slimier it will be. We usually end up adding about 1 1/2 cups. Stir until you can no longer stir (this should take several minutes).
Kneed. Next you’ll kneed it with your hands. It will be sticky at first, but keep moving it with your hands until it is no longer sticky and is the right consistency.
Play. Get your hands in there and have some fun!
