Corp visit. Moments of pause in the breeze outside & bathroom breaks. I love that faces look vastly different from moment to moment — we are dimensional creatures. Quit obsessing over what you look like & calling it self care. Each lens you’re viewed through, you can learn something new, I think the learning is worth the obsessing. Just wear the damn SPF and wash your face & think about something b i g g e r than you, because self awareness is different than being overly conscious of the self.

Highlight of the day: meeting a fellow Finn that wants to get together & teach me some of the language, and connecting on the silent & serious nature of the culture.
