My beautiful sisters, I pray that you receive this with love and clarity. That little girl in you that was silenced, abused, abandoned, and/or neglected, has not disappeared. She is still there, and it shows every time you are triggered, it shows every time you shut down, it shows on how you try to fill your time with work, people, or other delusional “priorities”, because your running from the little girl that needs to be loved, accepted, reassured and reconciled. Many may ask, how? How do you heal? How do you love yourself? The first step is taking full responsibility of your healing, because the truth is my beautiful love…. Hurt people hurt people, and sometimes we hold onto pain, seeking healing from the same people that hurt us. However, if they were able to be that healing reverence for us, most likely they would have never hurt us to begin with. If you give that same pain/hurt that was given to you back to the person that hurt you, most likely it would break them, because they are already suffering. What you must do is… Develop that relationship with God. Allow the Most high to be your therapist. When you speak to Allah, Buddha or whatever higher power you respect, speak as if your speaking to your friend. Speak as if you’re the little girl that needed to be heard. You’ve been strong your whole life. But with God you’re allowed to be weak. You are allowed to cry, you are allowed to scream. God is of no judgement. Pray for strength, love, wisdom, pray that your pain is transmuted to love. Pray all whom have hurt you receive the proper healing. Keep your connection tight with God. Speak to God when you’re happy and sad. God speaks back, through experiences, people, dreams, books, nature, all things… you just have to listen. I love you my sisters. You deserve to heal, so heal my baby.
