Moment of silence, comics fans, for two big losses today.

John Cassaday - renowned comics artist - died of a sudden heart attack today at the too-young age of 52.

And we lost the legendary James Earl Jones, one of the most iconic voices in the world.

Sad day.

Hey, Everyone! As part of our Dragon Consolation event, we are running a special one-shot game of the awesome Blades in the Dark game! The game starts at 12:00 today, and seating is limited, so be sure to get there early if you want to play!

If you've never played Blades in the Dark before, it's a very heist-focused kind of game, but all set in a sort of Victorian London setting. Ghosts are real, and they are terrifying. Gangs run amok. It's an awesome, fast-paced game with some really cool mechanics.

Destro #3 - Not pictured, but this is the first appearance of a new Cobra character: Chameleon. And she looks awesome!!

Ernie Hudson, one of this generation’s most well-versed actors, is back on the big screen. You can see him in the latest Ghostbusters movie: “Ghostbuster: Frozen Empire.” One of the original OG’s from the timeless films, he is reunited with Bill Murray and Dan Aykroyd to bring back the original crew. He next stars opposite Raymond Lee and Caitlin Bassett in the reboot of “Quantum Leap” on NBC, which just finished season two. Ernie previously starred in the acclaimed Netflix’s drama series “Grace and Frankie” as the love interest of Lily Tomlin. He also stars and executive produces “The Family Business” for BET and guest starred in two episodes of STARZ’s show “City on a Hill.” The multi-faceted actor is probably best known for his work on the enduring franchise “Ghostbusters,” in which he portrayed Winston Zeddemore, one of the four Ghostbusters. Hudson has also acted in the films "Leviathan" (1989), "The Hand That Rocks The Cradle" (1992), "The Crow" (1994)," Congo" (1995), "The Basketball Diaries" (1995), "The Substitute" (1996), "Miss Congeniality" (2000) and "The Ron Clark Story" (2006).

This just in! We picked up a couple of small collections this morning, and we've got some great books you just might want to get your hands on!

A nearly complete run of Secret Wars, with a really nice copy of the infamous #8. And we've got those ever-important issue 10, 11, and 12, featuring Dr. Doom in all his awesomeness!! Get 'em while the getting is good!

If you've ever wanted your very own copy of Sandman #1, well, we've got that in too!

First appearance Warlock! OMAC #1, with one of the creepiest comics covers ever! Fightin' Marines! Fightin' Army! Early ASM issues! Couldn't fit them all into the picture (and sorry about that glare!), but we've got some great stuff!

We also have these great new Deadpool and Wolverine mini-statues, with the comic page backsplashes! LOVE these things!! They look great, they're lots of fun, and the price point is pretty darn good for a statue of any kind. Grab 'em up!!
