We’ve added a weekly kickboxing class to Wednesdays at 5:45pm- this class staying on the regular schedule will be contingent on class attendance so grab a friend and get there each week!!

$40 individual plans and $75 family plan- no commitments or joining fees ever 🤩

The gym will be staffed 8-12 Monday morning and childcare will be 8-11:30! We hope everyone has a fun and safe Memorial Day weekend!

We know you have plans to rest with your families & honor those who have sacrificed for our country- so below is the amended scheduled for Monday, May 27th! All other classes/hours this weekend will remain the same.

- Staffed Hours will be 8:00a-12:00p.

- Childcare will be 8:30a-11:30p. No afternoon childcare.

- 7:30a Total Body Cardio w/ Colleen

- 8:30a Total Body Sculpt w/ Rochelle

** All other classes on Monday will be cancelled.

Schools may be out and kids may be home- but Stadt makes it easy to still get your workouts in! Weekday childcare hours will be extended all summer from 8:00-11:30am every morning. Evening childcare will remain 4-7pm.

Group classes are included in both membership options: $40 for an individual or $65 for the family. No joining or annual fees ever!
