Get excited for our collab with .uw on Monday, April 25th at the MSC Lounge!!! Come learn about Pacific Islander history and culture as told through the PISA board! We will also have a special Kahoot with prizes to test your knowledge 🤓 And if that wasn’t already enough to entice you, we will also be having free boba and snacks for attendees 😏

Our last weekly challenge is here! Join your fam and sing your heart out with our Karaoke night challenge! Not sure where to do it at? RSVP to the APIDA Gala to sing some tunes!

Get some exercise with AASU and join us in badminton and volleyball at the Nick! It will be on Friday from 8:30 to 10 PM. Rackets are limited so be sure to bring some if you can!

Join AASU and release your creativity at our Sticker Making event! We will provide 2 inch circular stickers for you to design and stick on your laptop, water bottles and other personal belongings!!

With the semester coming to an end, our second to last weekly challenge is Creative Week! Find time to destress and get creative with your fam! Feel free to create anything you would like (ex: art pieces, videos, dance, creative writing etc.)

The application consists of a series of short answer questions as well as a 2-5 minute recorded speech. Following the application due date, we will email applicants with interview information. Interviews are expected to occur between April 21st - April 24th.

Join us for a spooooky movie night at Humanities 1641 to watch Gonjiam… Briefly, Gonjiam (2018) follows a horror web series crew in an abandoned asylum. We will have snacks and drinks at the movie night, but bring your own blanket if you need something to hide behind during the scary parts!!! 😰

Join AASU and JSA for our White Day cookie decorating event this Saturday, March 5th at 3:00 pm! It will be held in the MSC Lounge at the Red Gym.

We invite you to come decorate cookies for your special someone (or yourself 😏), enjoy green tea, and build community! There will also be other activities such as karaoke, board games, video games, and origami ❤️ Attendees are encouraged to bring board games, cards, or gaming consoles to the event. NOW ENTERING: 3RD WEEK OF FAMBAM!! This week’s challenge is State Street Adventure! Go exploring with your Fam to discover or show off your favorite places on State ❤️

As a bonus challenge, fill out the bingo board scavenger hunt by 03/06. Top three Fams with the most photos will earn additional points! Send photos to your Fam Leaders to fill a square. Photos must have the location and one Fam member present to qualify. Good luck & have fun!! 🤩

Get excited for the AASU x UW Kendo workshop on Thursday, February 24th from 5-7 pm at 510 Lathrop Hall! 🤩🤩

We will be learning kendo footwork, etiquette, strikes (suburi) and fighting stance (kamae) while giving attendees the opportunity to practice wielding a shinai! Wear comfortable clothes and easily removable shoes as we will ask you to remove your shoes and socks before entering the dojo.

Hi AASU! As the new year brings change, we will be ordering new merch for Spring 2022! 🥳 The design will be selected through a Merch Design Contest where AASU members (YOU!) vote by Liking their favorite designs on Facebook. We have included new designs created by our talented members as well as old designs from previous years.

Voting ends on Thursday, January 13th at 11:59 pm. The design with the most Reactions will be ordered and offered for sale next semester! 🎉

Our Final Fambam event, and last AASU event for the semester, is this Saturday from 7-8 pm at the SAC Hearing Room. This Casino Night will be your last chance to earn points for your fam! The Fambam Winners will be announced towards the end. We will be gambling points from games such as rummy, uno, black jack, and more!

There will also be free snacks and drinks to enjoy for your additional pleasure. The recommended dress code is business casual, however it is not required
