We will be at Deacon Baldy's this Saturday and Sunday as well as next Saturday and Sunday.

Hey Neighbors, we had a great venue earlier today but decided to also do a pop up at the Fosters Ridge clubhouse tonight.
We will be open from 5pm-6 or 6:30pm and will have nachos and street tacos.
Either can be had with beef fajita, chicken fajita or pork carnitas.

I want to share a few numbers that we are pretty proud of.
The first one, 2,578 orders out the window over 4 months for a brand new food truck is pretty amazing to me.
We started with literally no food truck experience and put out nearly 2,600 orders.
They second number we are really proud of is our discounts.
$2,264.96 in discounts over 4 months.
While some are pulling them back, we keep adding to our list.
We give discounts to those who in our communities who we believe give the most back to the community, in no particular order:
Veterans
First responders
Healthcare workers
Teachers
Law enforcement
Seniors
And, last but not least, one for good measure: our neighbors.
The one $17 return was where someone was accidentally overcharged and refunded immediately.
We are taking a short break right now and will be going mobile in the near future.
Working 7 days a week from early morning until late at night wears on everyone.

Brought the kids by the food truck so that they will learn what they do or don’t want to do in life and stay in school. 😂
All kidding aside, you can earn a decent living in the food truck business without much overhead.
But, you better be willing to grind.
