🌹Kennedi and Honeymoon King were champions of the .75m and 2nd in their .85 in their first outing together!

WEC Ocala did not disappoint!

☀️La Place and Devon were Champion Long Stirrup Hunter, Reserve Champion Long Stirrup Eq and 1st out of 29 in the Short/ Long Stirrup Classic during week 10! They were also Reserve Champion of Long Stirrup Hunters and 3rd in the combined classic out of 27 week 11 🎉

☀️ Flagmounts Zelda and Amanda tackled the .90m Novice jumpers with almost all clear rounds and numerous ribbons, wrapping the two weeks up with a sixth in their .95m classic out of 33! 👏👏

☀️Olivia and Whiskey attended their second rated show, bringing home ribbons in the .80 and .85m

☀️ Taylor and her new mount Limerick got more 1.30m miles and finished stepping into the 1.35m

What was intended to be a big group going to Florida became a ladies trip away for a couple of weeks! Nice horses, awesome clients, great results and the Florida sunshine. What more can you ask for?!

☃️ Winter Series Show recap!

What a show it was! Luck would have it that only a small group of us actually got to attend but, that didnt take the wind from our sails!

❄️ La Place and Taylor were Reserve Champion of the 2’6” hunters on Wednesday and stepped into the 3’ hunters Thursday for the first time! He won his undersaddle both days and had a fabulous array of ribbons over fences in both divisions.

❄️ Kennedi was Reserve Champion of the 2’ GSEC hunters with the catch ride on Vliedberg’s Llew Squire for our friends at Lonestar Sporthorses

❄️ Limerick and Taylor ended the week stepping into to the 1.30m with a double clean round and win

❄️ La Place and Devon were champions of the 2’ Houston Hunters on Friday and collected lots of ribbons, ending up just shy of Reserve for the 2’3” Weekend Hunters

❄️IB John Brown and Olivia were champions of the .95m jumpers!!

Rain couldn’t keep the smiles away today! Amanda and her Flagmount’s Zelda were Reserve Champions of the 2’9-3’ jumpers. Taylor with Meredith’s Change Your Fate were champions of the combined 3’-3’6” jumpers! Always a good time when it’s a quick, fun day with fabulous results to boot!

⛱️ Summer Adventures, Part 3:

Corlanda van de Ketse also escaped the Texas heat this summer.

She and Taylor put some solid rounds into Tryon Summer 5 including a clear round in the 1.35 classic to prep for the following week.

Tryon Summer 6 saw Corlanda and Taylor in the Platinum Jumper Championship on Zone 7’s Team Persephone. Day 3 was their best in the tough Individual Final with just 3 time faults. What a blast it was to be on a team with Gianna (who finished second individually 🎉), Lindsay and Kaydence! Thank you, for putting this championship together and to Whitney LaBrie for stepping up to be our Zone 7 Chef d’equipe.

After a little R & R at the beautiful , Corlanda wrapped up her summer with a tenth in the 1.40m at the Kentucky Horse Park. We are grateful for every class on this cherished senior mare 💕💕

Watch for information for the 2024 breeding season for embryo transfers from this special mare (Corland x Quidam de Revel x Furioso II)! She’s a hardy girl jumping 1.40m at 21 years old, has 4 fabulous offspring ( her 2012 so. jumping to 1.50m 3* with wins to 1.45m 4*!) and was flawless to breed a few years back for our 2018 filly by Emerald!

⛱️ Summer Adventures, Part 2:

Unicorn Sparkles and Kennedi also left Texas for the first time to take on Tryon and the Kentucky Horse Park!

Tryon Summer 6 started for this pair with a 🥈in the M&S USEF Pony Medal, a 🥉in the WIHS Pony Eq, and then squeezed some fun trail riding in before their first time in the jumper ring! They put in 2 out of 3 clear rounds in the .65m Novice jumpers, had more fun than anyone could imagine and looked unbelievably cute doing it! Many, many thanks to our friend @ LaurenWalley1 for the awesome photos!

After a couple weeks of rest, Kennedi flew up to Kentucky. She made it to every clinic hosted during Pony Finals! Thank you, ! She rode with feel and thinking every step of the way through the hard, intimidating Medal Final. We are so proud of her riding!

Our dear Kennedi also celebrated her 12th birthday in Kentucky and got to spend an evening playing games with her friend, Ella! The rest of the week was filled with cheering on friend’s ringside, the golf cart parade, as well as theKid and Dog Grand Prix!

We are so proud of Kennedi and Unicorn Sparkles at their first Pony Finals and trip out of Texas!

⛱️ Summer Adventures, Part 1:

Wilander and Alyssa killed it this summer! They traveled to their first show out of Houston and brought their A game to Tryon 💪

Week 1 had a flawless warmup allowing them to step up to the Low Adult Jumpers bringing home a second and two fifths.

Week 2 brought time for trail riding with friends before cleaning house in the Low Adults with a🥇🥈🥉, 🥇 in the Low Adult classic and 🏆 champion of the Low Adults Tryon Week 6! 🎉🎉

To say we are proud, happy, ecstatic and elated for this duo is an understatement. Alyssa is getting her feet wet with her first summer of college but watch out for them later this fall in the Lows!

A win in the Marshall & Sterling USEF Pony Medal found Kennedi and Unicorn Sparkles qualified for the medal final at Pony Finals 2023! 🥳🎉

We also got to spend Mother’s Day with our wonderful, supportive show moms who always go above and beyond for all of us! 💕

We are elated to announce that our student, Hannah, was selected to participate in the regional EAP training session this summer! We are so proud of her consistent growth and never-ending hard work over the past handful of years 💪

Pin Oak came and went in the blink of an eye! Our horses and riders went to play for a week. They were all fabulous! Some highlights include:

🍾 La Place was Reserve Champion in the 2’9” Pin Oak Hunters with Taylor, taking home then blue in the under saddle, of course 😍

🏅Count on Me stepped up big time at his third ever rated show bringing home great ribbons in the Baby Greens with Taylor, including a third in the under saddle. Then, he and Teagan made a big leap into the massive and competitive Low Childrens hunters, bringing home 8ths over fences and in the eq on the flat

🏅Unicorn Sparkles and Kennedi had a fun weekend in the Small Pony hunters but always having the lost fun in the medals and eq. Kennedi also won the younger group of the inaugural Kids Grand Prix! Thank you for giving the kids this fun class!
(Watch for availability on this pony; the kid’s long legs may have won the kids grand prix but are not fittting too well on a small pony anymore 😳😅)

🥈Corlanda Van De Ketse and Taylor brought home a clean and zippy second place in the 1.30m

✨Hannah and Bronte brought home fabulous ribbons in the Low Adult jumpers (in-barn lease coming soon!)

✨Hush Hush went to her first show in 5 years and traipsed around the .75m jumpers like she had done it a million times!

🏅And, a special thank you to for lending us the most perfect pony, Bailiwick (Small Pony circuit champion 😍), to pack our littlest rider, Clara, around the Leadline class!

It’s always a fun time with these ladies and horses 💕 Looking forward to a busy May!

What an amazing week we had at Monster Mash! We had the best time coming together as a team to create a whole Sponge Bob theme between the stalls, riders and horses!

🧽 Sponge Bob (Olivia) and Mystery the Sea Horse ( October Hill’s Chelena) were third in the High Child/ Adult Classic! They were also the recipient of the “Funniest Costume” trophy during the massive costume parade 🏆

🪸Patrick (Katie) and Il Fratello stepped up at their first rated show and did fabulous in the Modified Childrens jumpers

🦀 Mr Krabs (Teagan) and Count on Me gained more great miles in the Short Stirrup division

🐿 Sandy Cheeks (Hannah) and Born This Way brought home top ribbons in a competitive Modified Adult jumper division

🐌 Amanda and Gary the snail ( Flagmount’s Zelda) stepped up to the Modified Adult jumpers at her second rated show and brought home great ribbons

🐙 Devon and her Jellyfish (La Place and Knightly) moved up to the 2’3” hunters and killed it. So proud of confident, consistent rides from their pilot! La Place was also champion of the GSEC 2’3” hunters with Taylor!

🧜‍♀️ Mermaid Man ( Taylor) and Barnacle Boy (Corlanda vande Ketse) jumped clean in both first rounds of their classes bringing home 3rd in both the 1.30m warmup and the $10,000 classic with just 1 time fault!

Chiquita just came back from a year of dressage. She has all the buttons on the flat and is honest to fences! She has a lengthy USEF record around the country, ranging from the 2’6” hunters and eq to High child/ adult jumpers. No prep at the shows. She just took one of my students around the .80m jumpers for their third ride together. She’s attractive, has a nice style, counter canter, perfect changes, the whole nine yards.

Orion is a perfect gentleman looking for a new rider to have fun with and play on the local circuit! He's happy packing around crossrails through the 2’6” hunters. He was Reserve Champion in the Limit Hunters last time out in July.

Orion is trustworthy and reliable day in and day out. He has been an angel for his current rider and brought her along the past couple of years, starting her in the show ring and giving her confidence to move up to her first jumper.

Orion loves attention, cookies, happily learns tricks and is extremely personable! He's a 2004 model requiring very low maintenance and happy in or out, with or without company. Orion is not too big or too little, standing just at 16hh. His current teen is 5’2” and all leg.

He is current on everything and ready to rock and roll for very low 🥕🥕,🥕🥕🥕. Located in Magnolia, TX, just north of Houston.

✨ Alyssa and A Star in the Skies put in beautiful hunter rounds acquiring a variety of ribbons late fall 2020 at Haras
✨ our littlest rider, Johnnie, navigated the Walk division as cool as a cucumber, garnering a 3rd in December and first in March with Dora at Haras
✨ Jaelyn and Ladybug made their Crossrail debut and are ready to take on the division again in May!

We also wanted to congratulate Teagan on her lease of Skittles! 🎊 Look for this pair in the coming shows with goals of short stirrup and beyond!

Taylor and a few of the girls had a BRISK weekend at the Haras Winter Wonderland show! You get it?! Brisk as in quick AND chilly ❄️❄️ The cold weather couldnt keep the smiles and great riding away, though! 🐴🥇🎉

-Teagan showed for the first time ever and was Reserve Champion of Walk/ Trot!

-Kennedi was Reserve Champion of Crossrails, Section B

-Hannah moved up to Green Hunters with Once in a Blue Moon and narrowly missed Reserve but did a stellar job and won an over fences class!

So proud of these girls’ riding and hard work, comraderie and sportsmanship! 💞

It was such a beautiful weekend for a horse show 🌞🐴 Kennedi confidently stepped back in the ring after having to miss most of the year and Hannah had a successful first show with us on Rosco! Both girls were beaming with happiness and joy 💛 We are very much excited for the upcoming year!
