A beautiful house in Creekside that needed a drone inspection because of storm damage.

The insurance company last year refused to replace their damaged roof, giving them a few thousand bucks for repairs. The butchers that did the repairs didn't do ANYTHING right and they sustained massive leaks in subsequent storms. Hurricane Beryl knocked the corner of their roof off with a fallen tree, so it was time for a full replacement.

They chose "Heatherblend" from . These are Class 3 rated for high winds (130mph), have ceramic-coated copper balls in the granules to kill all algae (the black stuff), and are actually cheaper than competing products of lower quality.

We replaced 24 plywood boards of the roof deck. Usually, we replace 3-4 on any home's whole roof replacement. But 24! It was a lot and I blame the previous contractor and the insurance company that screwed them over.

I'm glad we are making it right for them! They are good people who deserve to be treated well! We still have some work to do for them in the back corner where the tree hit (gutters, facia, soffits), but it just looks incredible. She definitely chose the right color shingles for her home.
