A HUGE congratulations to one of our lifters for her 1st place finish at the World Teen Championships this weekend. She came in at the top of the girls 15-18 division. She’s worked incredibly hard for this both on the course and in the gym. We’re so proud to have a world champion in the gym!

What a massive week for our boy Cal! He turned 17. He rang the bell to signify he’s finished with treatment. And he squatted the single plate milestone for a set of 5!
About a year ago this was about what he weighed. Now we get to make him a monster.
