You’ve been with me on this new journey since last year, sharing in the excitement as our jewelry brand grows into the market.
Jane bought this before I had a chance to post it on our website and it got me thinking how fun that is...

The feeling you get when you first look at something special and it speaks to you : the beauty, hue, and healing of it. When you KNOW it’s meant to be yours and yours alone.

That’s the beauty of designing these pieces, which are then by artisans in India with (that | don’t own), who take great pride in their work. I love working with them from start to finish, to ensure the essence of the stone shines through.

A favorite way to wear my own GR fine jewelry pieces is layered with my other work (see pic above of how cool the other piece Jane bought, “ Rise Above”, looks with it.

Oh so long ago. Pretending to be a confident woman when in fact I was a scared girl of 19. The photographer was world renowned and apparently it was a big deal.

If I could sit down and have a cup of tea with her, this is what I would say:

You are stronger and more capable than you know.

You are smart.

Your biggest gift is your huge heart; share it freely and guard it fiercely.

You are wild and free; never clip your wings.

You will survive the death of most of your family members by the age of 36 and you will create a new family; it will be alright.

You are fu***ng hysterical.

Life is a wild ride; ride the big kahuna with your feet on the ground and connected to Source and the .

It’s not your job to fix anyone.

Other people don’t always have your best interest in mind, be your own advocate.

It’s not your business what other people think of you.

Have compassion, yet be discerning.

And lastly, remember that you are innately worthy. You never need to prove your worth to anyone. Oh, and I love you 💕

The old me would throw up in protest but I have to say that I love selling 🤗.

I don’t heal anyone.

As a healer, my job is to align myself with the Divine on the daily, deal with my own s✨✨t, heal one level closer to my authentic spirit in order to channel and create beautiful vibrational tools which assist you in aligning with your authentic spirit and fuel your love warrior journey.

We’re the trailblazers, outliers, who are starting to truly get that our intuition and big hearts are the way through this wild time on planet earth.

We are our own healers. We remember and then forget. Expansion, retraction. Until one day, our wings will finally open; ushering us to the other side.

While we’re still here, remember, we are stronger together. Life is more beautiful with you in it✨And oh the joy of play, laughter, compassion. I love you ❤️

I’m a fan of growth. I love to identify, feel, and release blocks (especially fear which keeps coming up lately) that keep me from remembering who I truly am.

We all come in to this world free and we leave free.

It’s the in between that’s confusing.

Happy Sunday love! How are you feeling on this almost eclipse?

It’s a time for shakeups, and revelations within the the themes of love, relationships and partnerships..

I love this page I randomly opened from one of my fave books from on shedding the light on our …

I feel it speaks to the themes of this in that when we embrace our shadows and take responsibility for how we show up in relationships, we can then let go of blame and feeling like a victim.

When we own our shadows and set ourselves free of shame, we then have more compassion for others.

Your “stuff” doesn’t make you messed up. You have the power to feel, heal, and push the reset button.

And I feel intuitively that this full moon eclipse is giving us the opportunity to shed the shame and embrace the for ourselves and others.

It’s time to tell a different story .

Side note: Easy full moon eclipse practices you can try:
Taking time to reflect what this eclipse is trying to tell me about my relationships and journal what comes up..
Getting outside and moon bathing ( and charge your crystals!)…

This is 24 yr old me. On the brink of quitting modeling, I was a hot mess. I was living in fear that my emotionally abusive ex would find me so I hid out in South Beach with friends from Spain.

I didn’t expect to be so welcomed into the emerging spiritual community there. My friends were the ones who opened the first yoga studio, vegan restaurant, etc. This pic was taken at our favorite restaurant Tap Tap owned by whose mission was to help the Haitian refugees. Shout out to our friend Lenny - remember the dance parties?!

Most days we would all gather at the 5th st ( locals) beach, play music, dance and swim with the dolphins till the moon rose.

And yes sometimes there were all night “dance tea parties” till six am😂

When I see this photo I see a survivor. I see a young woman on the brink of taking the steering wheel of her own fast moving train and coming to an abrupt stop.

I got off the train with my heart, soul and integrity in tact.

This community along with my family saved me.

It was in South Beach where I met a Native American shaman passing through town who healed my heart and became one of my spirit guides.

It was where I fell madly, deeply in love for the first time.

I long for this type of community in my life. I think that’s why I cherish you and the community here. Even if we’ve never met, I feel we get each other. Thanks for being in my life.
