Emotions are the hallmark of being human and how beautiful that we can feel our way through life! ✨
However, every emotion generates a reaction in the brain that affects our mental and physical health in a good or a bad way. There is a direct feedback between the heart and the brain so we have to teach our body how to “filter” certain emotions.
For instance, when we are in love, our brains order all these good neurotransmitters and hormones to flow throughout our body.
Conversely, when we are anxious or depressed, the brain releases the stress hormone Cortisol that causes many illnesses, pain, headaches, high blood sugars, hormone imbalances, even hair loss!
The key is not let our brain get out of balance when stressful emotions arise and we can do this, even with all the triggers we have in today’s world, when we have the right understanding and tools.

Find BALANCE and rely on the intelligence of the body to get rid of toxins and regenerate itself. Our “inner pharmacy” has the ability to produce the substances we need to detoxify and heal.
To activate the Inner Pharmacy, we need to recreate the Balance that has been offset by stress or illness.

Take a break, take a breath!
Try this for 3 minutes instead of pushing through your work day:
- Sit still,
- Inhale through the nose for a count of 4,
- Hold the breath in for a count of 4,
- Exhale through the nose for a count of 4
- Start over again.
You will feel calm and regenerated, and will make the best out of your work day!
We can control our minds with our breathing, calm anxiety, enhance mood and clear brain fog. It’s the easiest way to regenerate ourselves, balance our emotions, and improve our health🌟
